To celebrate Mario Day and the launch of The Super Mario Bros. Movie trailer, I helped organize a coast-to-coast activation across three Regal theatres—all on the same day.
Each event brought the world of Mario to life with 4DX trailer screenings, interactive games, hosted concessions, red carpets, and influencer-led content creation. I supported planning and execution across all markets, working closely on logistics, talent coordination, and on-site experiences.
Standout moment? The LA event, which featured a custom-built mini golf course inside the theatre and became the breakout hit of the campaign.
Across NYC, Houston, and LA, the activation brought together 48 influencers and generated 1.7 million impressions—making it a powerful example of how experiential + content can bring fans deeper into the world of a film before it even hits theatres.
