In 2023, I led Gatlinburg’s first year-long influencer campaign—guiding every stage from creator discovery to final reporting. I hand-selected 18 niche influencers and 4 hero creators, building custom itineraries for each to ensure their experiences—and content—felt both authentic and aligned with the city's seasonal storylines.
Across all four seasons, this tailored approach resulted in 929 unique pieces of content that captured the magic of Gatlinburg in every light. The campaign delivered powerful results, generating 20.5 million impressions, 744,000 engagements, and 19.3 million views across all content.
